Best story ever.
I've been looking for something harsh like this but they were all fluffy and I felt bad when Hiashi died and this got a sappy ending, but it was good.

I think that was the most intense psychological torment and physical torment of Neji I've ever read. Though I did enjoy that in the end he killed the one who was tormenting him. And Shikamaru is an amazing guy for still visiting Neji in the psych ward. I enjoyed the storyline. It was absorbing. Much like a train wreck.

Man, that was incredible! I am awestruck. So much pain, trauma and sadness. Unresolved conflict. It was good that it was not a kiss-it-away fic... it was too heartrending to be that... I appreciate the depth and the width of it..nyah! Great job!

Oh my god... I am still crying from reading this. I was a victim of sexual abuse, so this story really hits home for me. Thank you for writing such an honest and heart-wrenching story. I can't tell you how much this story touched me. And thank you for reviewing my story "Eyes of Clouds and Shadows" I have to agree with you on the fact that I didn't focus too much on the past events. I was actually considering writing both of their stories into full fics. And again, great job on this story.

I finally got to read your story & I must honestly say that it exceeded all of my expectations!
It just threw me flatout onto my "pooper"!
An excellent, well-written, & thoroughly developed story in my humble opinion...
Your qualitative way of writing speaks for itself & clearly shows undisputable proof that you possess a great deal of talent...
But that was already known...
Nice work, I hope to see some more of it in the future!

You did a good job with the plotline. I liked the progression, and the interaction between Shika and Neji were the best.
On a format/structure note, break up quotations into separate paragraphs. It makes it easier to read.
The only thing is I wished it hadn't ended so abruptly. You used a lot of detail with the first part, but his death was so sudden it was hard to care. Maybe you should break it up into two parts? I'm not sure. Anyway, it was an enjoyable read. Thanks for sharing.
