Awwww, this is too adorable. I almost got teary eyed because of it and now I'm grinning like an idiot because this one soooo sweet. I'm really glad that you didn't have Naruto go after Sasuke after what that bastard did to him. It'd be sad to see Sai fall to the background like that and he was so self-sacrificing he'd have probably did it with a smile on his face.

It was cute how Naruto ended up getting jealous over his own clone, not knowing that it was actually Sai trying off his confession skills. It made me giggle a little the look of suprise Naruto must have felt before he started to relax enough to laugh and the defensive take Sai took. It was so cute and so in characther how you betrayed Sai. I could never get my Sai's right... it's a fine balance when you write about an emotionally and socially stunted person like Sai. So bravo and thanks for the great read.

I loved this one shot! I hope you do another SaiNaru fic sometime. I like your current story A Scrap of Humanity and decided to check this one out and i'm glad i did. I like the way they are all in character and their feelings well described. Awesome job.

I agree with you, there should be much more written about Sai - such a potentially complex character!

Oops, sorry, I thought I had already reviewed, I love this story so far! That Sasuke, he doesn't know what he had, till its gone. NaruXSai is a great combination, and I really like how you portrayed the two. Good Job. I hope there is more to this story!

Yea!!!! a Sai/Naru fic!!!!! I don't know if you read it yet, but i'm working on Sai's journal on relationships, I think that's what it's called here. And I'm going to put up two new chapters shortly. It will be Naru/Sai. ( sorry for the shameless promoting ) hope you like. Loved your fic.
