I would definatly make this a multi fic. Great start. If you do make this a multi fic you might want to consider going back a little and adding some details be it in the first chapter or (hopefully) future chapters. Please Update!

I really would love to read more chapters if you are willing to write them. I really enjoyed ot so far. I would like to see how Sasuke reacted to the marks on Naruto and his response to Naruto finding about Sakura. Best of wishes.

I think you should write more of this and keep it ItaNaru all the way >_> Because Sasuke so doesn't deserve Naruto. That and there are a major lack of quality ItaNaru fics. So yes...continue! ^_^
