Actually it is possible for that to happen ( the two sperm one egg thing)and it's extrememly rare with only one record case. One of the children is a what you call it half female and half male. You can look up, i did.

That left me on the edge of my seat! Please update! You really did a wonderful job, but I wouldn't let Sasuke know about Itachi just yet (and make Sakura pay a little bit more XD). I just want to picture his face when he finds out the baby isn't his! The baby isn't his right?
