Another wonderful chapter. I love that Neji was willing to give up everything for Shika. And I am glad that Shika did the right thing... neither would have been able to live with it long-term if their relationship was sooo one-sided (again). First it was one sided because Shika was giving everything to Neji that Neji wanted (being on the team, being in a certain position on the team, sex without acknowledgement of feelings) without standing up for what he wanted and needed, then Neji was just trying to turn that around and just give Shika everything without getting what he wanted and needed (besides Shika). I think they need to find a compromise where each of them get to be who they are and pursue thier own dreams but also get to have a place in the other's life.

Some of the others players could have been lil more understanding there... I would have LOVED to be there when Hinata elbowed Kiba

Waaaaaaaaaaah~ Please please please please don't ever scare me like that again! I can only hope and pray that Neji has far better sense then Shikamaru obviously does. I cannot wait to read more because these two deserve each other so much <3

How can you leave it like that!!! I love these two together!! Shika is making such a HUGE sacrifice :o(

Awwwwwwww! I love this! It makes me sad... but in a good way! Shika is so nice to want to give up Neji but I hope Neji is the one who grabbed him in the end!

I'm so glad Neji chose Shikamaru, but I really didn't want him to have to give up baseball. I hope there's some way for him to have both. This chapter was amazing and I can't wait for more.

Wow, that was suprising.. Well partly.
First it seemed Shika was going to jump in joy, but then he started thinking with his brains instead of his heart.
Shika did make sense though.

But aawwwiiee! The kiss!
I wonder what's going to come up next.
What did that kiss mean? Was is ''don't leave me'', ''I'm not giving up'' or a ''good bye'' `kiss? XDD
I hope you keep writing and udpate soon again!
