NaruSaku lemons are so rare(and might I say Het Lemons in general...seriously I'm starting to think that gays or at least yaoi fans are the only ones with inspiration and willingness to write) that everytime that I see one I eagerly read it (even I know that most of the time I'll be disappointed).
Concerning your writing as English is not first language I'm probably not the better judge you can find in term of literary style but as I tend to read a lot of fics in English (because outside the English world fanfics of quality hardly exist at all...or at least in French) I've seen a lot of disturbing writing (even for a non-native which really says something ^^), that's why I could say that if your writing is not extraordinary it's surely good enough for a little one-shot like this & in this day and age a good enough writing in a Naruto fic and a lemon one at that is not really that common.
On the story itself, since I don't like S&M (even light like in this fic) and bondage I didn't like very much it much, but still I read it to the end nonetheless so I guess I could say it was good enough to read ^^
Hope you'll do another NaruSaku lemon without the S&M, bondage crap in the future because I think it could be really good.

very good story. sakura seems a bit sadistic though. and why if she went to the trouble of making it seem like a dream did she grab his ass?

loved it. glad you decided to write again. agree that we need more good hetero stories on this site, especially narusaku. hope you write more of these later.
