Do one more chapter as a clean-up. You've already time-skipped, Neji and Gaara have escaped their captors and are living with Naruto. It's okay with me if they live happily ever after together!
Another way to go is to have the captors locate them and kidnap Naruto in exchange for their return. Then there is a daring rescue mission for which Kiba must return to the story.
