It amazes me the characters you have created here in Sasuke and Naruto. I can't even explain it. They are soooooooo different from thier portrayal in the manga and anime, yet sooooooooo perfect for this story. I love this story and am glad that you update frequently.

The decision to show them watching that tape from Sasuke's pov in the beginning is pure genius. I love it, because Naruto should be overflown with emotions, not able to think clearly, see all the details. And /then/, you introduced us to the whirlwind of his thoughts and feelings, after we managed to see through Sasuke's eyes what's on the tape. Pure genius, I tell you.
Minato and Kushina are just as I would like them to be.
Compering mother's hug with Iruka's was so sad and beautiful, it almost made me tear up. Seriously. Poor Naruto.
Uh. I didn't like seeing Tsunade apologizing like that. It's nothing with your writing, it just felt... wrong... for the Hokage to ask for forgiveness. In my eyes, she should be a politician first, and if she wanted a personal moment, she was not suppoused to take it in her office, seconds after giving Naruto an order. Though I believe she would have done that exactly.
The training-fight thing with Kakashi was solid, if a bit hard to follow. (That's probably just me, I have this awful dislike for long paragraphs.)
And, and! The chunin exams! ABOUT TIME, TOO! XDDD

This chapter was also very cute although I'm starting to get pissed at Sasuke again. How can you not answer when Naruto says "I love you" you idiot? Poor Naruto, if Sasuke keeps acting like that Naruto might just think he's just after his body or something. Whatever he might think he surely will be hurt again, especially with that asshole Danzou and the evil villagers being after him.
And I loved the talk between Kakashi and Sasuke. I love Kakashi. By the way, have you read the manga? *despaired*
And the "lemon"....OMG. Hot, hot, hot! *drools*

I like this story, I like all your stories really. I like that this story has recent elements of the manga and you managed to include SasuNaru which is always nice. All the relationships while seemingly different to how they are in the series have the same core to them. How Kakashi feels about his students is the same but you have added new things and there is a much larger closeness and emotion to his relationship with them. You seem to like torturing Naruto in all your stories really but you always manage to give him a support. The relationship between Sasuke and Naruto is great. It has realness because not everything is perfect, the both make mistakes and the both have serious issues with love and commitment and it shows through sometimes. I'm looking forward to what will happen next.

Two chapters in less than a day and the contents of those chapters!?
That was.....I'm almost speachless...it was so incredible. I'm shaking right now, and my eyes are teary. Damn..
These chapters really touched me, everything was perfect. Absolutly perfect.
The part where Naruto got his fingers cut off, and the ending part of the last chapter were really sentimental. My eyes got teary and I was close to crying. I feel so sorry for Naruto and Sasuke. They've been through so much.
The male on male part was actually one of the best (sorry for using the term) "lemons" I've ever read, because of it's credibility. It showed that the first time isn't always pleasant, that it actually does hurt, and that it might continue hurting. Most authors fail to do that during their "lemons", they tend to make the guy bottoming experience everything as pleasant, only that the initial penetration might hurt. So thanks for showing us a better and more credible point of view. It only made the fic more real.
And on top of that it was quite hot. Being the pervert that I am, I totally drooled XD. haha.
And I also really liked the part where Sasuke said that the council made Itachi hate himself and his parents. I'm a huge Itachi fan and that made my eyes get teary too. Poor Itachi.
