Great fic! I just loved it!
Would they be able to work normally, with the sexual tension between them? Or the others for that matter... If they're like in the restaurant, then I'd like to see a sequel too with the minefield!!!

Just read chpt 2 the backstory, which was very nicely written. Quick clean cut information on both characters I like it. I love the way you describe Neji's beauty without it sounding or coming off feminine, I can't stand that. So applause to you for that. I can't wait to read more later.

OMG I love this first chapter, and I hope the rest of the story is just as good. The idea of Neji and Shika being law partners is so new and very nice. Shika in reading glasses too cute. I love how he loves Neji's voice, it is freaking delicious to hear. The atmosphere the mood you set for the story was great it caught me at the first paragraph. Very nice so far I like it alot, except the phrase "Gods on a ship" I think it was, kinda weird and different maybe because I've never heard it used before but thats just a small peeve.

Okay... had to stop for a minute, have a cigarette and a drink. Damn woman! Whew! That was one intense ride! Pun intended. I'm going to have another cigarette, hope the cold freezes my brain back into operation capacity, then read the rest of this. Sheesh.

So sweet and...halfway hot!
That last scene could have used a little less talking and a bit more smut, but hey it works! ;)
I mean, come on!
Shikamaru and Neji in the same bathtub at the same time?!
I was waiting for some yumminess with that tub since Shikamaru laid eyes on it a few chapters back!
Alas, I'll just have to cope. *sniff*
Anyway, excellent job!
I loved the way the characters were portrayed and just the general plot was unique.
Very well done!

Wow...is it that popular?
I had a feeling I'd have to stop and review this chapter before continuing on.
Now I know why.
Once I came across that line though, "Neji was pillow-humping happy¹ at hearing this..."
I laughed very hard. XD
I tend to geek out at stuff like this.
That is actually kind of cool, if I think about it.
I seem to remember reading the first chapter, but not any of the others.
Not that it was bad(I don't usually review all the time -_-), I think I read it when this story was first published.
Guess I missed the rest. :P
Anyway, it's quite interesting and I will continue on, wondering what will become of the investigators.

Great great great great fic!! It was excellent! I started reading it some time ago..but it didn't grab me so i stopped. I decided to come back to it since i couldn't remember what turned me off about it. I must've been out of it that day because i could find no wrong with it now. The role reversal was just brilliant. I so pegged Neji for the bottom, especially after learning about Shika's 12 inches of love...wow...There has got to be a sidefic/oneshot about Neji's first time bottoming for Shikamaru. Love you ^_^
