I don't usually like one shots since they leave me begging for more but damn, that was hilarious. |D
Especially Sasuke's yearbook comment. I could imagine him putting that on an oblivious idiot's yearbook. Be his abrasive self to sorta hide his confession.

Ooh, this was good. Could use a once-over from a beta, for a few typos, but overall it was immensely enjoyable! I love stuff like this told from Sasuke's POV.
my favorite lines:

It was Sasuke’s turn for a satisfied smile, and he added at the bottom as an afterthought:

Tsk. All his alone attempts paled in comparison to this mastery of the hand. Henceforth Sasuke would make Naruto do this whenever they were together. Yes, that would be nice. (NICE, yes very) and:
Getting a hard-on from ‘Neddy the Purple Elephant goes for a walk’ might be a hard one to explain. (LMAO, yeah, just a BIT)
it'd be AWESOME if you made a second part with Sasuke getting properly screwed on a bed. XD ^_~
