You may want to check the code. It's possible something is wrong in one of the tags that's stopping it from showing the chapter.

You might want to think about lengthening chapters and adding a bit more detail. Even for first person point of view a lot of it is somewhat vague and little hard to follow. There's far to much dialogue and not enough detail or description to even things out. It's not a bad concept for a story, but you may also want to consider getting a beta.
