Option for Naruto's future interest... Kimimaro.
He's good looking, smart, graceful, strong (mind/character), a little dangerous in a spicy way, slightly older where he might be more put together at this point of his life (done with school, etc.), full of little surprises / mysterious, sticks to his beliefs/values, & most importantly, beyond loyal.
As for a possible meeting... Naruto could be tired of having to deal with Sasuke (really hating him & his selfishness, his betrayal, constant attempts to start back their relationship, etc.) & in needing some air, goes out to purchase some baby supplies at the local store where he is grazed by Kimimaro's car at some point (from his lack of attention due to his melancholic nature). When Kimimaro rushes to Naruto to check his condition, an attraction sparks between the two.

awwwwwwww.....poor Itachi!!! *sniffles before embracing the screen in an attempt to comfort him*
This chapter was a very relieving one, not only did we get to know why Gaara came to Sasuke and why they got together, but also seeing Itachi finally breaking out of his shocked state and acknowledging Aiko. And Sasuke's self-delusion was greatly written, he's such an asshole for assuming Naruto will come back to him or that despite everything that he's done that he's truly in love with him. Gaara's statement seemed fairly accurate, Sasuke only seem to love Naruto when he knows he can't have him, because as soon as he does he turns elsewhere. And speaking of Gaara, I don't hate him nor blame him, he's inlove with Neji whom he can't have, so he wants to be punished or hurt himself because of it and therefore uses Sasuke. Now I have four characters in your story that I feel sorry for; Itachi, Naruto, Aiko and Gaara.
And you asked for a suggestion at the bottom of the page, well, I would love if this fic turned into a ItaNaru, but since Naruto was suppose to meet someone that would peek his interest then that clearly states in won't become that way. ;( But if it can't be ItaNaru then I would like to suggest Deidara to be the one who Naruto will meet. Why? Well, because DeiNaru is a really unusual pairing and they're so cute together, two hot blue eyed blonds. So if it can't be ItaNaru can it be DeiNaru?
Though, these are mere suggestion, this is your fic and you're in charge, and even though I might not get as I have wished, I will still read the story because it's awesome.

Yaaaay!!!! Itachi finally woke up from his grieved-stricken world.X3 Im so glad Naruto was able to help him through his despair and to at long last see his beautiful daugter. Now I guess Itachi will mend things with Sasuke so the family can be whole again. Poor Gaara, he's so deep in self-pity that he cant see that there could be someone else for him or that he could feel better if he took Sasuke's advice. I hope he gets better as the story progresses. As for Naruto finding someone else of interest, maybe it could be Shikamaru unless u have plans for him later on in this. Or one of the Akatsuki members. Naruto could be grocery shopping and be seen for the 10th time by Shika who has a thing for him and finally approaches him noticing something about the blond that he always sees when in the store. Maybe that could work. Im no writer though. All in all it was a good chapter .:)

I love it! More more! I love how Naurto pwned Sasuke, I love how Gaara is is a wrack so much drama!
As for who Naruto should meet? UMMM Ohhhh Sai, or Kimimaro umm Deidara.Suigetsu Hozuki ..or..Madara GASP.. DO Madara! The unlce! The hot one!

Thank you for pairing him up w/ somebody. I would enjoy this story more if Naruto ends up w/ somebody even if it's for a short term. Of course I'll be loving the part about Sasuke being so jealous. I also think it would be a great chance for Naruto to learn more about sex. Its a good chance for Naruto to experience other things. Bring somebody hot please. Sasuke has had his fun now it's time for Naruto's. I can't wait for the lemon.
The only problem I have right now is that I can't think who is hot enough to pair w/ Naruto. Itachi would have been perfect but he's grieving.
Okay I had to actually research this because I haven't watched Naruto in a long time. I don't even know who the new characters are but I found Sasori and Madara to be quite good looking. The only problem w/ Sasori is that he looks like he's 10. Although he looks so kawaii, I don't know if that's what you're looking for. Madara might be a better choice because he's obviously seme. Or maybe you can make it up. I don't care as long as he's hot and he gets together w/ Naruto.

I was reading some of the review & I stumbled on 1 saying she/he wants Shika. Please don't. I like him as a character but everytime I think about him I think about his eyeliner & I shudder.
