Did you mean for the last sentence to sound that way or not? It was all sweet and then I read the "cut the cheese" line and start laughing. Unless where you live people don't use that as a reference for farting.

Awwwwwww! That was adroable!!!!! YAAAAAAY!!! Not bad, kakashi, not bad at all. God i wish someone would take me on a date like that! Is Iruka still seeing the married guy? I feel so bad for him. If kakashi wasn't trying so hard i'd kick him in the teeth. I can't wait for more and i hope you like my newer stuff when you have the time.

(4) When I read the line 'he'd decided to make the chuunin accept his feelings' I was worried we would have a repeat of last chapter if Kakashi didn't realize you can't make someone feel something. But it was a nice surprise to see Kakashi putting so much thought into things that he thinks Iruka would like/enjoy. I loved the ending too it turned out very sweet, if Kakashi keeps this up he may win Iruka yet :)

OMG, my heart is pounding like mad. I actually am having wild palpatations and am worried about my health at the moment. That was incredible. I knew kakashi'd done something horrible. I kinda want to kick his ass but i feel so bad for him. It takes a lot to go from a homophobe to realizing you're in love with a guy...or so i would assume. Good chapter. holy crap that was amazing. I'm still trembling. Keep going, this story is off the hook, charts, it's off everything!!

OH MY GOD NOOOOOOOOOO! KAKASHI YOU IDIOT! nowi know why the title is Gaffe, what a huge GAFFE! OMG Kakashi you, you.... Kakashi needs to grovel- no, he needs to prove that he really loves Iruka! Actions pseak louder than words. he needs to print up flyers and post them all over the village. he needs to shout it from the Hokage Tower: "IRUKA I LOVE YOU. I WANT YOU! I"M IN LOVE WITH YOU AND WANT TO SPEND ALL OF ETERNITY WITH YOU!" ;D

God Kakashi you really are an idiot and that was a lot of mistakes he's going to have to make up for, that being said I like that there isn't going to be automatic forgiveness. As much as we may love these two it'll be interesting to see them work through this, I also kind of like that it's Kakashi that's pinning after Iruka because usually it's the other way around. Also that insight about it being alright to have sex with another guy on a mission but you can't be gay when you're home does at least add some background to what Kakashi was feeling and trying to come to grips with. Of course that's no excuse he was very cruel to Iruka, who was supposed to be his friend but it seems like a very real thing that could happen, unfortunately. It was by no means a happy chapter but it was definitely informative and it makes me excited to read the upcoming chapters :)
