Can't wait for more. Straight female here and I can't tell you how sick it makes me that people of different sexual orientations can't marry. I mean, love is love, right? We couldn't pass it here in MI.

I had to go out of town the last time you posted but I immediately printed out that chapter and read it on the train. Sadly I wasn't able to comment. Truly I have gone through something like chapter two. Liking someone who was unsure about her sexuality. But it was more of a religious thing. But I have volunteered to get the message out to other gay and straight people and was amazed by how many gay people do not support gay marriages. Teachers in the U.S. that are gay are the most jumpy about being outed. They avoided me and others like the plague. But I really like the realism you are portraying. I guess I feel lucky having been born in MA. Keep updating I really like this story.

I love the first chapter. I wanted to read a story dealing with "homophobia" in society, fears and insecurities because of that, coming out and all that for such a long time.. There are very few fanfics (Naruto related - as this is the fandom I'm mainly interested in), which deal with this issue. I don't know why.
But your story seems truly beautiful.
I'm really looking forward to an update.

Personally, I was completely shocked when I heard Prop 8 passed in California. I mean CALIFORNIA of all places!! Unfuckingbelieveable. >:/
