Ive just read 1-37 and I'm really enjoying this story. You have a lovely way of bringing Kakashi to life and the plot, although a little distressing due to Iruka's experience at the hands of kakashis disloyal men, has kept me in front of my laptop for several hours straight.

Great Job. I cant wait to see where you take us with chapter 38.

I just read the last two updates back to back...when I was through with the first one, I smirked because I felt as though I was not going to have to suffer on a cliff hanger, but damn! I'm still stuck on a cliff. I know you won't let this end badly, but I'm sure we are all still worried. Thanks for updating...I love this fic!

Absolutely the hardest thing to defend against! and a very clever ploy by the enemy... that is, if they thought of it. It's so like kashi to protect his men by throwing himself in harm's way... kudos to kurenai for sensing something...and having her wits about her.

as for genma...he knows his duty.... he knew exactly what kashi needed, his ruka.
at least asuma will be with his wife and she'll servants to help her out.

i hope kashi's strong enough for travel. and yes i began to cry when genma said:

“Iruka wait.” ... “Sit back down . . . there’s more.”... “It’s Kakashi...”

poor rai...he must be pulling his hair out... and genma... i see why he ran to get ruka... but for the moment..rai has kashi all to himself...
