That must have been one of the best KibaShika stories I have ever read. It built up to what you knew was coming and I loved the way Shikamaru wasn't aware at first of Kiba's actions. The importance of taking control and letting it go added a moral to the story that somehow made the part where Shikamaru takes control even hotter.

It's been awhile since I read something about Shikamaru that seemed to portray his character so perfectly. He really comes across as the kind of guy who figures if it feels good and everyone's enjoying themselves than that's all that matters. And while all of the sex was yummy, you couldn't help but adore Kiba & Shika-the ending and Shika's realization were wonderful! :)
Such a great and well written story, I'm hoping the next story you write is with a pairing or character I like because I would love to read more of your stuff! ^_^

Usually I don't read any but one pairing (the predictable one), BUT I found your blurb interesting and I really enjoyed reading this story. It was constructed well, it carried brilliantly. The flow was that perfect lazy style one would expect from Shika. Lazy is not a bad thing, it means it wasn't a headlong rush into 'what the hell' but nor did it log down on details that hindered the story... So it was good, the timing was awesome, the amount of detail, I think, was enough to interest and carry the story. Hmm... this is why I usually don't leave long reviews, because I never make sense.
Suffice to say, the story was good, I really enjoyed reading it. And it seemed very Shika-like. :D
