I really like how the story is going! I just have one doubt: is naruto gonna be uke or seme? Either way could be good it's just that I prefer him as uke and then you would have a good reason for mpreg maybe...

I loved the ending of this chapter immensely. The beginning started off slightly too rushed for me to really get into it, but once it started going into the characters more (shortly after Sai arrived), it got much better.
I particularly like the red swirls of chakara and his fangs starting to show. That was a really nice touch. Although who does he have on speed dial?? O_O
Can't wait for the next chapter. Keep up the good work! ^^
