I really like this very mature Naruto you're developing. He's realizing that political leadership is not just about physical strength. I'm not sure Sasuke's come to that conclusion yet, but still. I like how Sasuke's realizing the benefits of supporting Naruto. I wonder if Naruto should take a few poli-sci courses with at the college while he's in exile. lol
Keep up the great work!

So Sasuke's starting to realize that maybe, just maybe, Naruto might not be on a mission like he assumed he was. Sasuke may be a "genius" but he sure is a stubborn dumb-ass most of the time.

^_^ Yeah, don't stress yourself out over it. This story is already excellent, I wouldn't worry about the contractions.
Also, everyone always seems to feel Naruto lost that battle at the Valley of the End. I've always been of a different impression. I've always felt that Naruto rightly won that match, since in the end, he wasn't aiming to kill Sasuke (like Sasuke was aiming to kill him) only to scratch him on the forehead in response to the challenge Sasuke put forth earlier in their battle. My personal belief is that Sasuke realizes this, and realizes he should have rightly lost, but is too honorable to win by a shallow victory. Thats why he lets Naruto live. Personally I think it eats him up inside to know that he would be dead if Naruto wasn't such a righteous pain in the ass. lol. I need to write a story that includes this premise, but I'm too lazy and definitely not an author. But I digress.

This is so sad and depressing. The two of them! What a pair! Naruto's loneliness is overwhelming. :(
Great chapter update! Keep up the great work!
(Btw, I was just wondering. You're not a native English speaker, are you? Don't be mistaken, you're English grammar is spot on, its just that there are little to no contractions in the dialog and it strikes me as odd. For instance "I do not" usually becomes "don't" in casual speech. Of course that could just be my lazy tongued American/New York perspective, but maybe I'm wrong? I don't know. :P )

Awww! Poor Sasu-chan. I liked Naruto's explaination of Gay Pride Day, and the offended lesbian mothers. A very entertaining chapter. And I wanted to hug Sasu-chan when he started thinking about his parents.
I cant wait to see more. Im getting so into it! ^^
