Aww such a sweet exploration of each other and I'm so glad that you are making them take it slow. Your characters have been slow to explore emotions so it makes sense that you would have taken time to develop their new feelings of love. I know that the flow of the fiction has been slow, but this is your story and if you feel that you need to edit again after you've finished then maybe you can do so with the help of a beta. It is hard to know what to cut and what not to when you are writing. I myself am rewriting and editing some of my stories to post again here in this fandom, so I say take your time and make sure you are happy with it. I've posted stuff I was not entirely happy with only to delete them later, so again take your time.

Anyway this was my favorite line of the whole chapter:

Naruto's desire and the warmth of his love engulfed him, and for some moments Sasuke lost any sense of his own person – he was only Naruto's beloved, carried safely by the strength of Naruto's affection.

That was lovely and it sums up the depth of their feelings for eachother. Thanks for the update.

Finally!! Haha. I feel like all that waiting and sexual tension was worth it now just from Sasuke and Naruto's kiss. But honestly, I love the slow pace of their romance.
Wow... Sakura's seriously in denial. Her letter to Sasuke was interesting; it was almost as if she wrote that to soothe her own fears rather than to actually reply to Sasuke.
You're killing me with these teases of SasuNaru! I wish I knew what your plans were for them.

Took you long enough! Apart from the last two chapters, I was beginning to think this would never happen! XD But the wait was worth it! Definately! It was really sweet, both of them so shy, and Naruto not sure what to do until the very last moment! Reading this chapter made me all mushy and ^^ ! Looking forward to next week of course!

this is my absolute favorite chapter.....that was so embarassingly sweet and sincere...and i loved what sasuke said to naruto....tonight i just want to kiss.....yay.......stupid sakura she is just not getting it and never will the boys would be much better off staying and living in music town....i wonder what karin and sui and jugo will think when they find out that the boys love each other....i hope they support them....yay sasunaru love!!!

The first step was so smooth. It was so perfect (I shed tears like Lee for this smooth outcome)

It's taken me three days to finally get through all these chapters! I'm so glad that I decided to read this fic though. It's great! I love the pace you've set for Naruto and Sasuke's romance. Everything about this fic seems like it could be completely canon.
I'm a pretty die-hard SasuNaru fan, and sometimes I find myself worried if this fic is going to end up being a SasuNaru or NaruSasu. I hope it will be SasuNaru.
Anyway, even if it doesn't end up that way this story is still amazing!

I was kind of hoping to read Sakura's response to Sasuke's last letter, but I guess I'll need to be patient for the next chapter. Something tells me that Sakura's going to deny that Sasuke is gay though. At least that's what it seems like from the way she ended her letter to Naruto.

I'm greatly looking forward to the next chapter.

Damn it Sakura. You just had to throw in that bit about the promise in the end. Evil! (Although she could be referring to something else, we all know how Naruto's gonna take it.)

Darn I was wanting to read the letter from Sakura to Sasuke....but I will be patient until the next one...keep writing I admire your determination to continue this story!

Sasuke was really good with the kids, and I'm glad that Naruto was able to encourage him and not let his "jelously or rivlary" get in the way this time. It shows that he is maturing, learning to appreciate their differences.

I am also feeling very sorry for his difficulty in coming to terms with his desire for Sasuke in a physical way, I can't wait for him to let go and just let himself Love Sasuke.

Poor Sasuke I hope he continues to be patient with the dobe.
