Nice start! Scifi is an awesome genre and adding Naruto to it is an epic win.
The characters are IC and are nicely developed as well. And the writing style is great.
I loved the mild tech terms you used but are you planning to add your own later?
But awesome start. The summary was enthralling but Im still wondering about the title. Wells... Whatevers! I cant wait to see more and whatever it is that you have instore of us next. Keep up the good work. ^^

gosh i love sci-fi, love the idea hope you stick with it first chapter is very interesting.
