I'm still struggling with the various pairings in this but there is absolutely no denying that you've come up and are weaving a truly original and gripping plot. I love the way that you've brought Itachi in here and the twist with Tsunade/Dan. You even have me feeling some sympathy for Orochimaru. Ooh, and I love the fact that Jiraiya is related to Kakashi. The one thing that I definitely do like is the relationship that has emerged between Iruka and Ibiki in the last couple of chapters - it's been nice to get some details and insight into Iruka and Genma's relationship. Regardless of how much it squicks me, I am intrigued to seeing where you're going to take this next. Belle

I ADORE this story...and so excited to see another update. That said, pleasepleasepleaseplease don't take Iruka's 'night guard' away! Kakashi and Genma both have to make it back to their men, afterall there's a foursome to be had ^_~

Good Chapter. I really liked how this one went. Thank you and I look forward to Kakashi and Ibiki getting back together. But in some strange way I feel really sorry for Oorchimaru.

I like how you are making Oorchimaru a victim also and the Itachi thing is also brilliant. And poor Kakashi...

.......

You cliffed it right there!! Shame!!!

*coughs* sorry
i have been following this story from the very beginning in my spare time- which isn't much, and i haven't reviewed due to that time restriction. but for the moment, i have the time... and i will make full use of it.

first, as much as cliffhangers annoy me, i do love the anticipation build and can hardly blame you. so while i may rant, don't take it personal, it's just me.
Second, i'm finding the plot really interesting. You're putting nearly the whole (adult) cast of Naruto into a different persona, and sticking to it. it really intrigues me when a writer can do that successfully. Also, as much as the initial thought of Ibiki with ANYone squicked me, i have warmed up to the occasional Ibiki story, and i really do hope him and Kakashi can get together in this one. i think Kakashi needs that strong person in his life, and Ibiki needs someone he can take care of, away from his work duties.

my only real complaint here is that you don't always scene break between what's happening in one place and another, and even just a slight indication would really help. even if it's just a couple *** and a space or two, would help. sometimes my mind has to scramble from trying to jump to (for example from last chapter) the last comment made by Tsunade, to the scene with Iruka and Ibiki. *shrugs* just a notice. do as you like.

Keep up the good work and i'm looking forward to more reviews!!!!

the only way tsunade would ever release the jutsu is if she's threatened by a person in a more powerful position... and that only leaves one person...Oro. he has the upperhand~for the moment~ and she wouldn't dare refuse him.

I see Ibiki does have a point ... 'Kashi may not want to come back. EVER. except in a revenge capacity... he had family he never knew... and it's probably killing him... jiji shold have said something to the hokage... now he's gonna get the beatdown of his life.

there are so many shocking revelations, that one wonders, is there anything left to be revealed? Can't hate the snake sanin too much, his sensei has a lot to answer for [may he burn in hell forever!]... and so do jiji and tsunade...

kashi didn't choose his circumstance, but now his self-esteem, self worth and confidence have taken a nose dive....

for the moment, though, he probably is where he wants to be....

wow i'm not sure what i should expect from this fic anymore. the story line is so great!!! usually one should side with the good guys, but oro has such a sad past and i want him to get this loving experience. then again ibiki has strong feelings for kashi, iru and gen want ibiki.

CAN THIS PLOT GET THICKER?!! lol
