Wonderful job, as always.
I personally liked the first oneshot better than the second so far, but both were tantalizing.
However, there was one thing that detracted from the second oneshot, IMO. "Fuddy-duddy" isn't something I can picture Neji saying.

shika/neji is just my favorite pairing and, wow, you certainly did them justice. Although, I'm a bit confused about the title for the second chapter (or my brain isn't working right right now). :)
