THis is a really strange story and very cool at the same time. It was a bit confusing at first, what with all the time jumps and little to no explanation as to the changes you've made to the world, but now that the story is fleshing out I'm really enjoying it.
The story has a very modern city element to it and I like the incorporation of the expanded education system in Konoha. The idea that kids don't become ninja's by age 12 or younger is a good one. The standardized education is also hilariously spot on. I also like the innovation of the different neighborhoods and districts in Konoha. It adds a very fresh element to the Naruto fanfic world.
Keep up the great work. I'm looking forward to where you head with this. My only suggestions it to give the reader some more hints as to when the time jumps occur and exactly what time it is that they're flashing back to.

Great story it got me back into the Naruto fandom. Just a question. On FF.net I'm pretty sure you wrote an authors note saying that to gave up on 'Every Woman Loves a Man that Will Listen' is that true or have you resumed the story? Or am I completly mistaken in this question?
