I don't know how often I've returned to reread this. definitely on the upper side of five, so I thought it was about time to leave a review...
I love the quiet trust between them, how Kisame first thought he was getting saddled with a brat and then realized that Itachi is quite capable, how you invented Kisame's background in the Scene (and the image of Kisame having to discipline rowdy Zabuza, that was awesome). Both Itachi and Kisame are absolutely... I hope you (and they) won't get offended if I call them delicious, even if breathtaking might be a better word. Thank you very much for this marvelous read!

I'm just curious, is this related to Divided Loyalty? Only because you mention something that related to this in the chapter with the "spanking".
I really like this one. It was a more emotionally charged BDSM, and it was different from what I expected. As much as I find Kisame "icky" to look at, I am always intrigued with how you portray him in your stories. And where I first thought it hard to swallow in imagining him in any sexual situation, you've given me the metaphorical "sugar" to make it easier to go down.

This was so amazingly well written and in character! I loved it.
I'd love to see you write a sequel to this! And if not a sequel, then at least more Kisame/Itachi. There's not enough love out there for this pairing and you do a wonderful job of writing them. Keep up the good work!
