I can see characters like Anko(UK), Ino(FUNK), Temari(UK), and Ten Ten(FUNK) as models for the ladies. If you were going for something sleek for the men then obviously you would go for Neji(UK or FUNK). For some reason I can see him in some sort of fitted leather motorcycle getup that is solid black with the occasional vinyl section with opalescent piping on the torso and along the seems of the pants. For really daring and outragous (borderline vulgar) you would want to go with Sai(UK). Shika would be good for one of those slouchy laid back kind of outfits(FUNK). I would personally make him a business manager for the Uzumaki's. Hinata would be a seamstress/fitter and Sakura would be a stylist because I cannot see either of them as models for different reasons. Weirdly enough- I would probably make Shino a shoe designer that works with different houses (like both the Uzumaki and Uchiha houses!).
I see the Funk line being ultra cool street wear for both men and women with the occasional high end piece mixed in (think Rocawear and Baby Phat). The UK line would also be street inspired, but be a little more cutting edge. It would be a little more sleek and slinky. It would look a little more refined on first glance, but would be very suggestive twists on traditional clothing with some items having hints of bondage inspired touches. I would make a simple draped silk dress in crimson with a slit on one leg. The cool thing would be the fastenings and ties. The would be a few more than necessary and would be of a much rougher material. The ties would be done in such pattern that coupled with the rough material in a different color (gold) would look like shibari ties. Think Izzy Miyaki meets bondage gear meets Vera Wang.

I like this beginning! Predatory Uchihas are a favorite of mine. As for the fashion show, I think getting Lee and/or Gaara up there in the FUNK line would be great. LeexGaara for the win!
