I've always really liked this fic. It's probably my 3rd or 4th time rereading it. It's just to the point for a fanfic, you know? No pages and pages of the characters musing about their feelings from every possible angle (introspection can die). No filler. No love triangles and BS side pairings that no one really cares about. Just, Naruto and Sasuke start messing around, feelings arise from it, and they get it figured out. Perfect! Couldn't ask for any more than that.
I thought the plot, for a PWP, was actually pretty decent. Naruto develops a problem getting random boners (as teenage boys do) and Sasuke gets interested. Take away the ninjas aspect of it, and there's plenty of teenagers out there who have experienced sex for the first time under similar circumstances.
Another thing I liked was that they weren't in love with each other before all this started and that they didn't fall in love at the same rates. It took Naruto a few months longer to figure it out. But that's realistic because love doesn't usually work out that perfectly where both people understand their own feelings at exactly the same time, or get into relationships after they've already fallen for the other person. It may take a little while before they get onto the same page.

Awwwe, it was so cute at the end when Sasuke pushed Naruto away after he asked to have sex. *giggle* Naruto's an idiot, sometimes. Yesh! lol

This was great. I loved it. The ending was perfect. Those two are so rough and tumble anyway that it would go like that. Perfect.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!! Sasuke is sssoooooooo begging for it! Even Sakura approves!!!!! (Hell, she probably wants to watch. =^^= hehehehehee
Also, with all the great sexual tension you've built up in this little story (which I love, btw), how inappropriate is it that I got all excited over seeing this little smilie: *~* OMG! I've never seen anyone put together that particular combination before and I don't think I've ever even considered incorporating that little Spanish thing they put over the Ns to make them sound like Ys. This is such a great face! I love it. Ha!
Anyway, I suppose thats enough random off-topic rambling. Your story kicks ass. I can't wait for its exciting conclusion. (NaruSasu for the win! hehehe)
