Its taken me a while, but I've finally finished all updated chapters!!! Wooo hooo!!! This story is a long one!


I'm really glad I stumbled across this story. It is an engaging and complex tale. I am absolutely enamored with the development of your characters. The backdrop is rich and original and I love how you've weaved elements from the original manga story into the text.

This is a fantastic story and I look forward to keep following along with the updates.

Thank you for writing such an enjoyable and interesting chapter. I wanted to apologize if I sounded critical and bitchy in my last review. I'm glad that you wrote about Haku's past relationship with Zabusa and his interest in Kisame as a bed partner or future love partner. Your Kisame is one of my favorite characters and I love how he is well-liked and respected in Sasuke's crew. I hope that he will stop beating himself up over not protecting Itachi by being with him 24/7. He and Haku are so intriguing together! Thank you again for this chapter. This story is the primary reason why I log in to aff.net everyday.

Oh I'm worried don't let Sasuke anywhere near the snake man!!! I'm worried now.....Orochimaru near Sasuke....yikes!!!

I feel bad for Haku, poor thing I know Kisame feels guilty and is doing the right thing by trying to hold his temper....I knew he would start feeling guilty as soon as Kabuto decided to take Itachi....I am still hoping you wake him up and he is able to change. Your Itachi may not be like Manga Itachi, but I feel bad for him too....even if he did gut Haku....I hope you give him a chance to reedem himself even if it cost him his life.

Is it weird that I'm starting to like your KD character....I know he likes to collect things, but maybe he is a better character than I gave him credit for...maybe he really does not mean any harm and he is just a true admirer of rare things....Something tells me that now that he knows what Naruto is he is going to want him and Sasuke even more...I hope he just wants to be made part of their "inner circle" though...

I hope we get to see things in Kisame's point of view soon. To tell you the truth, I'm kind of sick of having to read about Shika and Neji. I feel that lately, they've almost taken over the main pairing in the story. I know that you're not trying to specifically have one couple as the big romance in here but it'd be nice to hear more from the other charas such as Haku and what he thought of Zabuza's betrayal, etc.

I tried to hold myself back and not read any of your new chapters until the weekend so I could take my time and savor the greatness, but alas I could not hold my curiosity from this chapter. I love this story and totally agree with you on the Kabuto issue. That cannot be resolved to quickly or it will look too easy. Anywho I like the way Naruto's character is turning out, the way he thinks and phrases things is so cool. I think I just may have to read this story from the beginning.

Yay! Shikamaru is back! And plotting! Sending a note to that Darrent guy? Hoohoo, he is playing with fire now. But it may take a devil to find a devil, I suppose.

I am touched by the way everyone has rallied around him, like he is the most precious thing they know. It really hits home the point that everyone on the crew is cherished, not just Sasuke and Naruto. Neji wearing his ring and even offering his mother's promise ring to him reinforces the notion.

I'm happy that you have elected to spend your time off updating your story. I am feeling somewhat pampered by all these frequent updates!
