This is the first sci-fi-ish fic I've read and I have to say it has made me a complete fan. I love it, and I really wish that when Gaara becomes involved, once he makes his appearance, I hope he bonds with Naruto. I know, Naruto has an amazing realationshio with Shikamaru, with Haku, with Sasuke of course, but I would like to see him fight and make infuriatingly good friends with Gaara because I would love the jealousy it would cause. I guess it would highlight how valuable Naruto is, how much more he could mean to someone else who understands him so completely because he's like him in a way. I don't know if I'm making any sense. Anyway, what I wanted to say is that this fic is amazing, I love it, and I'll keep myself updated with it. Till the next chapter,

Babies!! Oh man, I can't wait to see them! Why does Shika have a sad smile at the end of the last chapter? Is he still hung up over Sasuke? I admit that it would be sad that he can't be too close to his and Sasuke's baby since Sasuke and Naruto would be the actual parents. I also can't wait to see Neji going through counseling..

I know it doesn't mean to be, but this story makes me depressed with all the trials and tribulations that this spacer crew has to go through. However, if there are this many people all crowded together, with their backgrounds there are bound to be problems and that I think is what makes this story part of the GREATS. I can't wait till you update again. I think we are finally getting into the cresendo of the story, nowhere near the end, yet, but still moving toward the even more shocking bits. I don't want Naruto to die, but we all can't live forever; cause' really there is no happily ever after, but we can get close.

Ch 53 may have been one of the hardest chapters for you but it was also one of the best. It was full of warmth and love.

That Neji is sharp, isn't he? He smelt the bullshit way before anyone else did, and he let Sasuke know it. I love the way they silently challenged each other, even if Sasuke was going to be the winner.

So...first Klennethorn, and then Temari. They seem to understand the situation with Shikamaru pretty well. Sasuke is like a kid in a candy store--he has the best of everything at his disposal. I see now how that is beginning to affect those in allegiance to him.

I'm not sure that I understand Shikamaru's feelings. I know that he feels something for Sasuke, but I'm not sure how it is different from what he feels for Neji. He is submitting to both men, albeit in different ways. For someone who is inherently dominant, he submits very easily.

Anyway, it's some triangle.

I found this latest chapter to be most thought-provoking. I recognize that you could have ventured into a number of different directions, so I empathise when you state that it was difficult to find your way. For what it's worth, I think you did an excellent job. You have a wonderful ability to balance the physical and emotional aspects of the interplay between the characters with a cerebral plot; not many can pull it off. I don't think you need me to tell you how powerful what you have published here is. The icing on the cake is that so many of the readers seem to share my enthusiasm, if your hit count is any indication.

And again, for your quick updates, I thank you. It is most appreciated.

U did a wonderful job on this chapter dont doubt that... the idea of uchiha babies and the revealing of some of narutos childhood loved it... a shika/sasu baby was a nice twist an uchiha with shikas brain very nice ... cant wait for gaara to arrive should be very interesting

I shed tears over this chapter!!! The bits about Naru's childhood made me cry.

I really do understand Naru's desire for a Suke Shika baby, they are his two most precious people. How wonderful that he wants a child that combines the best of Sasuke and Shikamaru. I don't think the Neji that you have created would have had a problem with it if Sasuke would have come clean they are all so devoted to him and Naruto that it would have been hard to say no.

I've been surprised with the insinuations that Sasuke and Shikamaru have feeling for eachother.

I don't think that there are any sort of romantic feelings between Shika and Sasuke, I think their shared feelings are the ones they both have for The fox boy. Shikamaru loves Sasuke but I don't think that he loves him in a romantic way,or at least I did not get that idea from the very beginnig of this story. If Shika is in love with anyone other than Neji I think it would be with Naruto. He has invested more time and emotion into his relationship with the fox boy than with any other.

I think that he appreciates the respect and trust that Sasuke shows in his decision making and genius, and the fact that he made him "the voice in his ear", but I don't see how all of a sudden people think he is in love with Sasuke.

I hope that you don't make Sasuke some kind of "Mary" that everyone falls for, I mean yeah they can love him as a great leader, who is devoted to his people and family, but I hope you don't turn this into some fiction where they are all going to fall in love with him in a romantic way....that is just so unrealistic in my opinion, and it would take away from such a great story.
