I visit this site daily so when ever I see your update I will be sure to leave a review. I'm glad that you will continue this story and hope that you continue to write many more in this fandom.

Of course we would keep reading sweetie! It actually amazed me at how fast you were cranking these chapters out! Thats no small feat, at all! And for that you should be commended! I thoroughly enjoy this story and I'm in it for the long haul. Some fics on here I've been reading for two years ( TWO YEARS!!! Surprised me too when i came to that revelation!) so I will see to it that I review every time I read an update (may not be every chapter, cuz I have missed updates, stupid real life getting in the way of enjoying fanfiction!) but i will make sure that you know someone is excited about your fiction =) That being said, I look forward to the next installment, and I'm drooling over the look the guys decided to go with!! OOC is only three letters, not four (and isn't a word; it's a acronym). Taking the characters away from their canon characterization is not necessarily the kiss of death--certainly not from where I'm sitting. I've published fifteen Naruto fanfictions and rarely have I managed to maintain Kishimoto's characterizations.

This story is a compelling trip to someplace else, somewhere else. I enjoy what you have done with the characters and do wonder why you chose to use someone else's rather than your own--you appear to be more than capable of coming up with characters and evolving them. However, I am 39 years old myself, and would not in any situation question anyone's enthusiasm for the manga and its characters. Naruto is something special.

It's very gracious of you to write for others and then give notice that the fic will take on a different leaning going forward. I for one am planning to stick with it: I am interested to know, if nothing else, how this story evolves when the person writing it is doing it purely for herself.

And by the way, I get the distinct impression that you are planning to pair Shikamaru with Neji. That's one of my OTP and I could not be more delighted. ^_^

Please continue with this story I'm really interested to see how the charters and plot evolve. I can’t wait to read the next chapter so keep on writing.

Firstly you are writting this story and making the characters yours. That is what you are supposed to do. Your imagination should give each character a new trait. I as a reader enjoy the different portrayals of each character that I read on. If I wanted them to be exactly like the manga or anime I won't be reading fictional stories about them >.> Your story should have your own character development, not follow religiously the persona of the anime :/ That's just my opinion.

i would DEFINITELY continue reading this! it's so much different and a whole lot better than a lot fics in this section to me. i only come to this section to check if you've updated and will be placing this on my recommended reading list (if you decide to continue that is). the story is so well thought out and put together that even if the characters are OOC, i don't care. i figure they are going to be OOC as soon as anyone starts writing as they are not the original author and thus cannot possible make the characters IC no matter how much they try.

IF you do start an original story i will probably be stalking it as i do with this fic.

The part with Naruto and Iruka talking about the clothing to wear was funny! XD
I loved that it is something that Naruto and Iruka would come up with!
Also, I like that Iruka is finally being stronger and more sure of himself!
