ch8 - lovely chapter. I especially liked the line " I'm sure that in about twenty years or so, the entire world will be one nation united under Naruto." ^_^ but the cello playing was a sweet touch.

Damn, that was magical. The undeniable chemistry between Sasuke and Naruto is entrancing. Just imagining Sasuke, revealing the skeleton of his emotion out in the rain to Naruto, gave me chills. Why? Because it was still that shadowy crazy bastard we all halfway hate doing it and not some fabricated kitten-loving Sasuke who's eyes "glimmered with unshed tears as he clasped Naruto's hand and professed his undying affection". Really, you stay true to his dark side while withdrawing the light. And are you sure you're not the person who writes Naruto's speeches in real life? Because you bring up the most uplifting and true points that make me want to stand up and say, "Yeah! Listen to him! He's completely fucking right!" Or it just makes me think, "Wow, I really wish I could argue/persuade people like this, and not think of the perfect come-back half an hour after the fight's over." Whew! Anyways, done reviewing. Just had to let you know how much I savor your writing after digging through so many stale stories. Update as soon as your muse allows :)

Oh god, here it comes. Please let him still love him. Please. I don't think I could handle a rejection after such a heartbreaking scene. I hope you've got the next part written because it's going to be hell waiting to read the next chapter.

Beautiful, and I like the fun with Kiba, Kiba/Hinata parallels, and that Kiba "gets it". And the bit at the end with Sasuke and Naruto - again parallels with the rain at The Valley of the End, if Sasuke had tipped that little bit further ..... I'm not even going to try and guess what's next, I'm just enjoying the ride. Great work.

Gosh I was reading this and near the end my computer started playing speechless by lady gaga and then i was left speechless by this! Gosh! Wow! xD

Great chapter! Liked the insight into Kiba and Hinata's relationship too. Poor Neji... seems like he's gonna end up the loser in this equation. Hope your team wins the World Cup ^_^
