Neji x Kiba x Shikamaru= the sexiest threesome in the Naruto fandom.

Holy f-ing shit.

Once again, your attention to and eye for detail is nothing short of amazing. In both chapters your descriptions of Bliss placed me right in the club atmosphere. Also in chapter 8, the opening of the music set for the club- your descritpion of that left me speechless. I wonder was that something you made up or was that by experience? Either way, the ways in which you choose to depict your scenes are truly eloquent.


Of course the interaction between Neji and Shika in chapter 9 took my breath away. I love how Shika seems almost unnerved and shaken by his desire for Neji. Seeing a genius let go is always brutally hot! Also, Neji's possessivess is a thing of beauty. And the scene where he is kissing Shika and looking at Kiba letting him know the way it IS! Mmmhmmm! For me, that was one of Neji's quintessential moments of honestly.

Also, your last line of chapter 9 happens to be a derivitive of a line from one one of my favorite Prince songs from the Purple Rain sountrack. "Let's begin." The implications of the line after what occurred in the chapter can lead one's minds down so many roads. And the song Computer Blue, maybe not fitting for the chapter, but for Neji and Shika- yea!

Oh yea, you've written side stories for Naru/Sasu, Gai/Lee, and now Gaara. I wonder, are you planning one for Kakashi and his partner?

I really like Shikamaru's "like-to-please-streak" i think my panties imploded when i read that <3 &neji is ugh, touch? I love you, whoever you are xD the plot is great too, i like how shikamaru is unsure of himself. I wonder what is in that room? xD &updates regularly is a definitely a ++ since im addicted to this amazing fic and would love to know what happens next! [more sex scenes pwease!]

I see your point. The decadent hero could not find love because he was too much of an egotist and a narcissist as well. However, I just find myself seeing Dorian Gray in your Neji. Actually I see him in Neji and Shika as a double sided coin. I see the Dorian before he becomes corrupt; his beauty, innocence, his youth. Moreso his innocence to all that is around him and even his own desires. I see Neji as Dorian after the corruption, the endless pursuit for beauty in his pursuit of Shika, although he doesn't dispose of him once he "attains him" and of course his pursuit of pleasure. And then there is Neji's beauty which is the obvious, his control, his uncanny ability to manipulate, and although warped in Dorian, his honesty. Now, these are the ONLY aspects in which I see Dorian in these characters you have created, but in the end, Dorian does seek redemption which in a way, doesn't Neji and Shika in some way? I say this having read the fic in it's entirety.

Now, regarding the Gaara fic. I am usually not a fan of Gaara but considering that you are writing him - just please for the love of all fangirls give the man some eyebrows! Now, from what you said about the fic and his violent tendencies I just have this image in my head that equates him to Alex de Large in A Clockwork Orange; the book, not the movie. I have been reading that book recently and for some odd reasons, Alex just popped in my head. Now that's a character for you. A 15 year old with ultra-violent tendencies and a propensity to link classical music to violence to the point where he can experience extreme heights of pleasure by achieving orgasm without physical touch while listening to Beethovan and thinking about violent acts????? Psycho? Genius? Hedonist? or something else? I hope that your Gaara is not like that, but if he is even close, that story will truly be interesting especially in that decadent world you have created. Again, as long as he has eyebrows!

Don't get me wrong, I love the fluff, smut, etc. However, I truly appreciate a fic that causes me to truly think, analyze, and use a bit of logic to figure out the characters and plot. And when I can equate a piece or a writer to "cannon" or the "classics" forget it! I'm all over it. And thank you for causing me to Recall and Ponder!

My sis came to visit this past weekend so I had to forego reading fics. But now I'm up to speed with this and terribly happy with how it's progressing!! I'm really enjoying how you're developing the relationship between Shika and Neji and look forward to reading more!! ^_^

Although done so many times, I cannot help but balk at the dynamic that you have created between these two characters. It's almost tangible what is between them. It's electric. And the control that Neji exudes with regards to his own body in understanding Shika's needs, Neji's own pleasure in wanting to please Shika, and his own ability to control himself is mindblowing in the sense that who wouldn't want to let go of themselves regardless of a damaging past and submit.

Your Neji is reminicent of the Decandent hero - indulgent, hedonistic, and beautiful. And many will probably want to hang me for this next comment but.... Your descriptions of clothing, places, character interaction, intimacy, and emotion is close to that of the Decadent and Aesthetic period. Oscar Wilde is probably rolling in his grave, but then again, he'd probably appreciate your "Art for Art sake" as well as your homoerotic themes.

Your attention to detail is phenominal - and that is the focus of my review for these two chapters. Oh how I look forward for the upcoming chapters!
