I really liked it. The story line was compelling and it made me want to read more! I hope you continue with this! It was well written with a few typos here and there but nothing major.

not bad i will be keeping my eye on this tale

There are only a few grammatical mistakes and typos in this, nothing major. Although its too late at night for me to be going through and correcting them. The only one I can think of off the top of my head without going back is that you accidentally wrote "sick" instead of "sink" when Naruto's cleaning up the kitchen.

Other than that, I really enjoyed reading this story. For your first attempt, you're doing a pretty good job. The story is interesting and I'm looking forward to seeing what happens with Naruto's father once he wakes up in Wind country. Did Tsunande set them up? How small are Sasuke and Naruto becoming? What's the larger backdrop to this story? I'm looking forward to all the answers to these questions (and more!)
