Well, what can I say? Besides "fraises" should be "phrases". xD Lol, I love your second chapter. It made me practically squeal in delight! Also, Thank you SO much for the notification. It made me all warm and fuzzy inside. xD Also, being secretly gay isn't easy. I've "come out" to my friends and they accept me and love me just the same. As for my family, it's so incredibly painful for them to hate homosexuality so much. I can't come out to them. EVER. And it hurts amazingly much. It's horrible and it's eating me from the inside out. And every day, it's like I die a little more inside. But life is much better when I have my friends to support me. I consider Naruto incredibly lucky to have such an understanding father. (Kudos to you for making him so.) Again, I commend you for a second great chapter. You are a great writer, even if you make spelling errors. I could only hope to write as well and fluently smooth as you. :D

Ah, that was pretty intense. And it all flowed pretty nicely. And apart from misspelling the word "phase" and a couple of others, I believe you did a GREAT job with this first chapter. I'm a bit put out about the slight hint of Narusasu, seeing as I'm a Sasunaru fan, but all in all, excellent job. I wish I had Naruto's courage to tell my family, but my parents would most likely grab a hot skillet and flay me alive if I so much as mentioned finding the same sex good-looking. :| It sucks. Okay you must continue this story like I'm not even kidding. I'm even willing not to continue The Beast and The Dog if you d not continue this. And who's Naruto's someone?(hopefully not Sasuke tho it doesn' sound like it.) Gaara maybe? That would be awesome(even tho Naruto has already been with Temari. that would make it even more amusing.) Anyway whatever you choose just keep updating.

Poor Iruka-sensei and Kakashi-sensei. I can be cool about the Haku thing but not the teacher thing. Naruto dropped to a new low. Not cool at all.

Wow. I was surprised by how you worked in Naruto's desire to fit in and expanded his characterization. Naruto is a character that I have a hard time picturing as a jerk. But having him cover up being gay to fit in put me in mind of the facial expressions from the Shippuden series, where Naruto is trying to ignore other people talking about the nine taled fox, and made your characterization of him fit really well.

So often in fiction, there's an obvious division between scenes and narration, but your use of specific details (the paragraph where Naruto transitions to high school) made the transition really smooth and kept it in scene nicely.

Overall, I really like it. You should add another chapter! If Haku forgives him, after sufficient groveling, maybe Haku could give him tips for sounding out whether or not Sauske is gay? Pretty please?

You should keep this going. It's really good so far. Plus, I want to see Naruto patch things up with Haku, Kakashi, and Iruka.

Gods, did I cry while reading through this. My best male friend came out of the closet two years ago, but not without a mayor fight tearing him down from all sides (mentally and physically). When it all came down (which took way too long) to a small gathering (friends and parents) and him pouring his heart out, ... well, you just wrote it all down in your beautiful story. (Admitting he was gay and through our support, not felt like a , I quote; 'disgusting fag', turned him into an even more beautiful person,) I'm rooting for Naruto to better his life!
You did a wonderful job. (I'm sure to let my friend read this. Not sure if he'll review though...)

ugh I must be a real pussy cat, this made me cry and angst! I love that you included Minato, he is so awsome and lovely. Hope you update soon and Naruto figures himself out.

That's it?! But it was getting so good!!!! I think you should make it two or three chapters because to me the end seems like the beginning of a plot. Anyway, good writing!
