Very smutty chapter. I like it :D
The twist at the end was very "in character" for Sasuke ;)

Here are some more suggestions:

Chójúró/Mei Terumi (aka. 5th Mizukage and her bodyguard/Shota boy toy)
I would like to see Mei give Chójúró a little reward for protection her so much ;)

Hidan/Kurenai
my suggestion for this one is that Hidan is banging a still pregnant Kurenai (Asuma's child). And make Kurenai be torn between knowing that the man that is banging her is the killer of her lover and her unborn sons father and that Hidan is the best lover she had ever had and enjoying being filled by him despise who he is.

Sasuke/Tsunade
my suggestion would be that Tsunade is "punishing" Sasuke for turning his back on Konoha ;)

Hinata/Jiraiya
My suggestion for the story: Hinata only ask Jiraiya for "special training" because she wanted to get closer to Naruto. But Jiraiya has something else in mind with the "special training" and Hinata gots more than she was asking for.

Naruto/Hinata/Karui
Would be great if you could make sort of an alternative version of the "interrogation" scene from the manga when Karui hits Naruto and wants him to tell her everything he knows about Sasuke. But instead she chooses to take a more sensual approach for the interrogation and gets some help from Hinata ;)

My last suggestion is a bigger thing with multiply paring but the lemon parts are always only 2 characters:
Naruto/Hinta, Ino/Chouji, Neji/TenTen, Shikamaru/Temari, Tsunade/Jiraiya, Anko/Iruka, Kurenai/Asume, Kiba/Karui, Shino/Hana, Mei/Chójúró and Sakura/Omoi
The womans are all at the hot spring to relax. while they relax and drink some Sake the topic of sex comes up and they all share stories about their lovers with each other and what makes each of them come back for more to them.

I got to say I like this fic. Most of the time I hate Sasuke fic as they make him very out of charter but you keep surprising in charter.The end was the part that really got me.So I have to give you a slab on the back for this.
