Nice job! I love Naru/Anko. As for how you could improve, longer is always better. More dirty talk and I've always thought it really hot when Naruto uses his kage bunshin for a gangbang.

For your first lemon, this is pretty damn good. Solid writing and hot sex scenes. I like how you incorporate inflation fetish via those pills that make Naruto (who you've described as a grower - 5" limp to 13" erect! nice!) come a ridiculous amount. Maybe you could have him take two next time, while DPing a girl using his Kage no Bunshin. Also, naked apron + Anko = win! Can't wait to see who Naruto gets next.
