Oh, that was fun!!! I always knew that Itachi supports NaruSasu pairing :)
Sasuke dressed as a sex kitten and Itachi with vampire fangs and a goth make-up (*faints from the extensive nosebleed*)
And Gaara as a psychiatrist - you just killed me with that!!!
But seriously - great fic!
I love the way you depicted Sasuke's emotional rollercoaster and conflicting emotions he is going through. How you showed the growth and evolution of his relationship and his feelings for Naruto. How he struggles to be acknowledged by Naruto not as a younger brother but as someone worth his affection. How he desperately wants to be loved, but is terrified of rejection. How he struggles to understand and control his own feelings and emotions. Simply one of the best "coming of age" fics I've ever read.
My personal most favourite scene is the moment when dressed-up Sasuke meets Naruto on the stairs. He is all panicked and so endearingly insecure, then Naruto sees him, the anger kicks in - and they have this magnificent shouting match that nearly ruins everything. Sasuke is hurt, Naruto is confused, and Itachi calmly controls the situation.
I also like the way you used Shisui's death to show Itachi's human and vulnerable side. It also makes his friendship with Naruto that much deeper and more believable.
Itachi The Evil Older Brother is a work of art. I'm an older sister myself, so I think I understand some of his reasons (I did managed to talk my younger brother into jumping from our garage roof with an umbrella as a parachute when we were kids - by some divine intervention he "only" badly sprained his ankle). But despite all his "evil assholness" it's easy to see that Itachi deeply loves and cares about Sasuke - he simply has an extremely unconventional way of expressing his feelings.
The smut scenes are definitely one of the best features of your story. They are hot, dynamic and just graphic enough (and I love Sasuke's inner slut). They fit well with the inner rythm of the fic and don't overshadow the more "serious" elements of the story. I think that the image of Sasuke, naked except for the thigh-high boots and being screwed into the mattress by Naruto, will stay with me for a while :))

*rolling on floor in tears* OMG!!!.... can't breath... hurts too much..... I LOVED THIS !!!!! Itachi was sooo perfect as the coniving devil we all love to hate ^_^ I especially like the extra bit you addded ... priceless. I would love to see a followup chapter to this in someway. it was just too good.
