I know it's an aweful thought..but I really hope Kiba doesn't make it back..or at least if they're found that at least Shino puts a stop to the nonsense..and Kiba is in a hospital bed for a very very long time...

Yeah I love Kiba but in this fic he's a total asshat. And it's nice how Sasuke spilled the beans to naruto.
And can you imagine having a scratched up chest like Naruto's, having it semi-infected, whilst wearing a mesh shirt which will stick to it, whilst training and sweating causing it to itch and burn D: The horror!!!

whoa, that was an intense ending .. so did kiba get his just desserts? he might love naru in his own way, but to put that feeling above the wellbeing of a comrade is just wrong. ;-)

UGH. I'm so glad you had Naruto use the "bonds" excuse for why he won't break up with Kiba. Naruto's insistence on bonds is idiotic in the manga--sure, we all know he'll bring Sasuke back and everything will eventually be all right--but this right here is a great example of the fact that some bonds are meant to be broken (especially when you're being hurt by those bonds), no matter how much Naruto insists otherwise. This makes the situation more complicated in a good way since Sasuke isn't just fighting against Naruto's affection for a bad person, he's also fighting against Naruto's stubbornness in his beliefs. Personally, I hope the reason Naruto breaks up with Kiba isn't because he realizes that he likes Sasuke more, it's because he realizes he deserves better than what he's getting and that it's OK, in special circumstances, to go back on your word. (And then of course he'll realize what's been staring him in the face this whole time. ^_^)

I for one adored this! It was a great chapter I don't feel it dragged at all. I think it hit all the notes it needed to. I liked the descritions of their various feelings on matters.... on what was going on with one another.It shows just how in tune they truely are with each other. Naruto knowing each of Sasuke's facial expressions and the feelings corresponding with them. Sasuke reading everything in Naruto's body language.

Did not see that coming. I am glad that Sasuke was nice enough to protect Naruto's dignity by waiting until they were alone to confront him. It seemed fitting that he would be so protective of Naruto after everything Naruto had gone through to try and save Sasuke from himself. It is also nice to know that Sasuke is capable of not judging when the situation calls for it. Wonder what Kakashi will do? Once again I just hope that it results in bad things happening to Kiba without further shaming Naruto. Tsunade is going to have everyone's butt over this!

hrmmm... now I'm wondering who will beat Kiba to death Kakashi or Sasuke?! I loved this chapter. It was angsty and painful and perfect... I can't wait for the next chapters. I can't wait for Kiba to get home. What if Naruto's healed to the point of one last fading mark on his neck due to propper care? I cannot see that sitting well with the dog boy. I have plenty of charecters in my head who are ALL about marking what belongs to them. I wonder if part of Kiba isn't marking him because he knows he's not supposed to have him, because he has Shino. Being as animalistic does Naruto get the bad bits,the wilder parts because he's always so careful with Shino? Or is Kiba just LIKE that... and BTW ... WTFwho is crazy enough to fool around with Shino's boyfriend? Only Naruto... cause lets face it Shino can be one scary guy. Please write more soon!
