hmmm couples..well, you've got strong hints of kiba and shika, gaara and neji, then kyubbi and itachi....umm i dunno. i guess I'd have to see more how the characters interact and who's an undercover agent versus a normal person

Still loving the fic! I can imagine all sorts of awkward situations that could occur with Naruto having private access to cameras in Sasuke's bedroom...

Um... for pairings I want Naruto/Sasuke, naturally, and whoever else you want! Though I already said I wasn't fond of the idea of Kyuubi/Itachi (it just feels TOO obvious), but that's the only one I'd be "meh" about.

Sooo can't wait to see where you're going to take this fic!

i agree that kyuubi/itachi would be too obvious. i mean they could get close like best friends cuz they both understand each other (loving their younger brothers to death) but as a couple, meh. same for gaara/neji. heres an interesting idea. put iruka in the story and have a kakashi/iruka lol make iruka one of the people who work for the uchihas or something. a very intuitive servant or something that knows kakashi is up to something, but doesnt know what... hmmm... but that could get complicated lol hey w/e its ur story, write it how u want to... cuz so far its AWESOME!!! just be careful w/making everyone fall for their subjects. too cliche.

oh yeah and one more thing, whyd u put kyuubi as pheonix? idk it just seems random to me. i get naruto-kitusne (duh) and kakashi-scarecrow (duh) but pheonix was random. a kool name n im not complaining, i just wanna know where that one came from lol

Woah. Naruto's got it bad. About your question... there aren't necessarily any characters I really want to see in the fic, so just do what makes most sense for the story. (That's universally good advice, I think.)

As for the pairings... the obvious ones are Naruto/Sasuke (of course), Neji/Gaara, and Kyuubi/Itachi, but I think it would be too much if everyone fell in love with the people they are protecting/the people protecting them. Since Naruto/Sasuke is already a given, if you want to do one of the other bodyguard pairings, do either Neji/Gaara or Kyuubi/Itachi, but NOT both. Personally, I'm a fan of unexpected things, so if for example, Neji were to fall for Kyuubi (instead of the expected Gaara), that'd be kinda awesome (and would make for some interesting complications), but that's just me. (Heh. Kakashi x Kyuubi is red-hot argumentative love?)

Awesome story!!! I hope you update soon and often!!! As for pairings, I hope to see Itachi and Kyuubi together obviously!!! I just love stories where Kyuubi is Naruto big brother!!!! Especially when they each get their very own Uchiha!!!

um you've lined up all my favorites! LOL Sasu/Naru; Neji/Gaara ; Shika/Kiba sounds LOADS of fun... and your Kyuubi could be super hot with Itachi... Can't wait for the next chapter and more interaction! :)

I see what you did there. :) I kept wondering just HOW bad Sasuke's fangirls could really be if he has to have constant protection like that (isn't it a bit over the top? they're just teenage girls with crushes!), but I let it go since the fangirls are a common joke in Naruto fics, but then with Sasuke's reaction at the end of the chapter and the supposed kidnapping attempts, I'm guessing that he has mistakenly assumed real kidnapping attempts by bad people were the work of his fangirls. If so, that's a really clever way to use the fangirls. Given the way they normally treat him, it makes sense they would be the automatic suspects when something strange (like a kidnapping attempt) occurs. (Who'd believe that some random person was trying to kidnap you?) Sasuke has no clue what kind of danger he's actually in, but his intuition is good enough to know that he should be nervous about something. Let's see how Naruto manages to calm him down (and regain his trust) now! :D
