I absolutely LOVE this kid!!!!!! he is amazing!!!!! I cant get enough of this story and Kyuu is just soo cute and cunning!!! the plotting to get rid of Sai is just brilliant and going to SHika for the plan. My twins were like that when they were little. kids are killer.

Regardless of what Sasuke thinks (...he and Naru are meant to be?), the fact of the matter is that he basically used Naru (for a good memory or otherwise), disappeared on him, then only came back because of the news of an Uchiha child. How can he proclaim his undying love when being with Naruto now is more of a possessive afterthought or seemingly a convenience as part of a ready-made family. Having feelings for someone is not the end-all be-all of a good relationship. Actions are important as well. So far, though he is trying to make up for the past through their son, Sasuke has never really treated Naru right, or like he is his most important person for which he would do anything. He's proven the opposite by not coming back to the village until it suited his agenda (which not set to include Naruto). Sasuke is self-centered and self-serving. It's good that he is building a relationship with Kyu, but what kind of low self-esteem would Naru have to have to accept Sasuke back without some major effort on Sasuke's part? Manipulating him is not the best way to go about making reparations, especially if Naru also ends up feeling betrayed by his child and good friends. To be honest, I really want to see Naru beat the snot out of Sasuke. That might help to work out some of the anger that he must be carrying around. This should be a long road for the two of them, not to be cut short by Naru accepting Sasuke as his significant other for the sake of Kyu. I don't think Naru could easily entrust Sasuke with his heart after everything they have been through.
With the name of this story being Kyusuke Uzumaki, I know it should really be about him, but it seems to be more about Sasuke and Kyu, and I find myself missing Naruto's presence, even though they do make references to him. The story seems to mostly focus around the times that Naru is working hard or not in the village and we rarely encounter him. If I could make a request, I would like to see how Naruto is adjusting to things with Sasuke & Kyu, plus his thoughts on how they fit together, and maybe how his relationships with Sai & Neji are going. Also, how must Naru feel when he has to spend so much time away from his child? I'm sure that there are other things my curiosity could come up with to ask, but I would say that those things are on the top of my mind.

It may have taken you longer but it was worth it. I really can't wait to see what Shika has in store for that creepy as Sai....for some reason I just don't like Sai...hmm...

I am sorry, I don't think I have reviewed before, but I
ended reading the first two chap. a couple of times late at night
and coherency and exhaustion do not mix.
but I will tell you I liked the story from the get go.

thought I owed the rest of the review seperate:)
you shouldn't worry about rushing a story,
if there are details you need to get the flow right, then add them.
this will be complicated emotions for all involved and, you have it
right that children forgive so much quicker than adults!

I love Kyusuke. He put Sasuke in his place in the beginning. But I'm happy to see Kyu and Sasuke are bonding now. Maybe Naruto and Sasuke can trust and love each other again soon. Congratulations on receiving 100 reviews. And I look forward to reading more about Kyusuke Uzumaki. :)
