So Naruto hasn't completely broken his link with Sasuke? And now Sasuke will have to convince Kyusuke and Naruto to trust him again... Not so easy, particularly when other friends will certainly get in the way.
But Naruto also has the problem of Kyusuke hating Sai. I mean, his son kind of asked the Hokage to send his lover on a mission to be killed! Does Kyusuke have a particular reason for such a dislike of Sai?
And isn't it ironical that Kyusuke also inherited some traits from Itachi (like being a prodigy)? :)
I look forward to the next chapter (hopefully)!

I like how Naruto admitted that if it was just him, he'd still be giving Sasuke chances, but since he has a kid now, he can't be so free with his actions any longer; he has to put his child first. I think these are the ONLY circumstances in which Naruto would have willingly given up his bond with Sasuke. I like that things are still platonic between them, there's no "OMG Naruto/Sasuke looks hawt" thoughts from either of them. I think in order for the romance to be really satisfying, Sasuke needs to re-earn Naruto's trust.

I'm curious what Sasuke has been doing these past four years--it sounds like he spent them peacefully? That should be points in his favor with Naruto, but why didn't he choose to stay after they made love, and why didn't he choose to contact Naruto in all this time? If it hadn't been for Kyusuke, would he have *ever* tried to contact Naruto? Those are obviously points against him. But truthfully, not knowing what happened between them that night, I sorta feel sorry for Naruto for only being a one-night stand, but I sorta don't since Sasuke has always been pretty clear on not wanting to return to Konoha, and has never done anything but run from Naruto, so Naruto really couldn't have expected anything else. :(

That update is fast. Thank you so much. In a way im glad that thats all the punishment hes getting. Now he can focus on getting his family back. I hope Sai shows up soon. That should be a funny incounter. Competition is good for Sasuke.

I know its supposed to be a Naruto/Sasuke fic but god if I don't want him to end up with Sai...or hell anyone else but Sasuke. I'm completely intrigued with your story though. As with all your stories, can't wait for the next chapter.

I'm really interested in this story. It seems that Sasuke spending time with his son is inevitable since he told naruto that taking the case to court is an action he is willing to do. I'm actually looking forward to seeing kyo be stubborn and react negatively to the forced interaction. I'm excited for the next chapter!
Im enjoying naruto and sasuke's personalities. it seems spot on. The only thing I wanna say about naruto though is that yes he may be more submissive then sasuke, but I still view him as being a strong ninja who is able to handle himself properly. I love reading stories where naruto is strong and charismatic as a ninja, but when he is just naruto I like to see his vulnerability. He never had a family and friends didn't come into his life until 12 so.....I feel that in that regard, his ability to handle stressful social situations is lacking. Thats why I was happy to see Neji come and assist since Naruto is someone who needs the support of his friends.
Anyways I'm sorry for babbling so much. Thanks for the quick update!

Ahaha I like how it's going so far. Let's see how Sasuke does against all the guys of Konoha that wanna be with Naruto.

I don't think the village counsil would dare go against Naruto's wishes when it comes to Sasuke seeing his son without his permission considering the fact that Kyuubi is as protective over the kid if not more as everyone else in the village is!!!!!!!!!! And Kyuubi should have some time out bashing Sasuke for all the pain he put his Kit and Kyusuke through!!!!!!!!!

i just hope that somehow Kyusuke will forgive Sasuke and give him a chance as well as Naruto in their life..they both deserve to have a family
