Sorry I haven't reviewed in a while. I had a ton of stories I'm reading get updated at the same time. But I'm finally caught up. I'm glad Sasuke wasn't in too much trouble for killing Kyu's kidnappers. I loved Sasuke and Naruto's date at the festival. I look forward to seeing how dates #2 and 3 go off. Hopefully well because I really want Naruto, Sasuke, and Kyusuke to be a family. Keep up the awesome work and I look forward to reading more.

It's funny to see Kyusuke going from liking sasuke and taking his side to protecting naruto against sasuke's advances.
I guess he's still struggeling a little with the fact, that even if sasuke and naruto may still love eachother, he feels that sasuke still has to work for getting a second chance with his 'dad'. Byt i'm glad they're on good terms and getting back together. I would like to see the three of them as a 'real' family. So keep up the hard work, can't wait 'till the next update!

Wow, that was a nice but very chaste first date - thanks to their fantastic chaperon Kyu! I like how he talked for both Naruto and himself at the end, it was very cute. And isn't it not the first time Ino teaches Kyu things that are not proper for children?
Naruto and Sasuke's banter/rivalry was back for a bit here (and it's a good thing Kyu noticed the good influence it had on his dad, since Naruto might be oblivious or in denial of it himself), with Naruto even acting more mature than Sasuke! Nice one (although I liked Sai the goldfish). By the way, do Naruto and Kyu still sleep in the same bed? That might become a problem if things progress nicely with Sasuke... For now Kyu approves of Sasuke, but he seems more reluctant to let him close to his dad concerning more sexual things...
Will the next date be another family date or a more intimate one? And can Naruto really take a decision about Sasuke in 3 dates? Plus, what are his friends' opinions on this (since they do seem to have an important role in his life)?

I forgot how to breathe, too. especially near the evil cliffie! I know what you should do: get Naruto to give Sasuke a second chance, so they can have lots of sex and make a little sister(or brother, I'm not picky) for Kyu... But that's your call.

That's a low blow... manipulating Naru by making him feel obligated to 'help' Sasuke not make wrong decisions and then guilty if he chooses not to 'help'. More than anything, he should not equate saving Kyu with Naruto accepting him back as a lover. Kyu is his child. He should be wanting to save his child without alterior motives. While the relationships he has with both Uzumakis are not exactly mutually exclusive, they are still separate entities and deserve separate considerations. Kyu needs him to be a good father by caring, teaching and protecting him while building trust together. Naruto, on the other hand, has previously placed his trust and heart in Sasuke's hands who then proceeded to break it on more than one level. As the old saying goes... 'Once bitten, twice shy'.

Hopefully this scare will be a learning experience for Kyu. He's probably so sheltered that he thinks everyone is being overprotective and treating him like a little kid (of course, being what he is), but maybe he will understand that they only care for him and want him safe. If that is the case, he might be more apt to listen to his elders and follow the rules better. Also, this incident can teach him about repercussions for actions taken (by both Sasuke & Kyu himself), whether for good or otherwise.
