I'm so glad to see you're back from your long hiatus, so welcome back.:). I really, really LOVE MPreg!!! I'm excited to see Naruto get surprised that Sasuke is actually there in the flesh.

Your fic never fails to keep me interested! I've been straying from my SasuNaru ways, but you might be bringing me back to the fandom.
ARGGG!~ So mad that Naruto didn't hear Sasuke's confession. But I was a little confused about the part where Sakura is remembering the incident and hopes she can survive long enough to tell Naruto those words. Did you mean that Sakura is in love with Naruto, and wants to confess? Or did you mean that she wants to tell Naruto about Sasuke's confession?
I'm curious about the hint of light you mentioned after Sasuke's eye transplant with Itachi's eyes. I guess I'll have to be patient and wait for the explanation in the upcoming chapters.
Anyway, I really like that you've been keeping the events close to the manga. And the Kakashi/Iruka insert was adorable. I look forward to reading the next chapter.

Can't wait for Sasuke to see how wrong he is and that he could never really kill Naru cause he loves him too much and how happy he'll be when he finds out that Naru is pregnant with his child!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice chapter - and the mpreg is here now! Still a lot of mysteries, but I know I'll have to read the story to find out. :)
I don't know what Madara is up to with Sasuke in your story, but at least Sasuke doesn't seem to trust him (like in the manga actually). It's still a bit funny that Sasuke says he's erasing Naruto's light from his life while creating an even bigger bond with him as a baby... I am also not sure that taking Itachi's eyes will erase what he was, knowing where Itachi's loyalties really lay (it's true for canon too in my opinion). Plus, I guess he doesn't want to kill Naruto now at least, or maybe not yet? If he goes to all the trouble of making him pregnant... Shouldn't Naruto think about Sasuke's reasons for doing this too? I hope he doesn't completely hate Sasuke but still loves him too and is trying to convince himself. Also, will Sakura have a chance to tell Naruto what she heard? I'm glad she's thinking about doing it anyway - and that she didn't put the blame on Naruto. :)
Now this certainly complicates things with the war, but I can't see Naruto wanting to get rid of the baby either. And I wonder what Bee will do now that he knows, because he's also aware of the war and not Naruto (if you still follow the manga for that). Will Naruto tell someone else about his situation (like Iruka or Tsunade), or will he wait until it becomes obvious? And will he stop his training not to endanger the baby? What about Bee too - will he keep Naruto's secret for now in solidarity with his fellow jinchuuriki?
The pregnancy could also complicate things for Sasuke, who will have to be careful about not meeting Naruto in the next few months if he wants to still make Madara think he wants to kill Naruto. He will also have to make sure that Madara doesn't capture Naruto and kill him... All of this while still keeping his revenge against Konoha? Sounds a little difficult, doesn't it?
Anyway, I think you portrayed the different characters really well, and I'm looking forward to the next chapters!
