I like it and speaking from experience here, these chapters... the ones that help fill in the gaps and get you to the meat of what you WANT to write are the hardest. However they are neccissary... because while you know in your head what is and has happened the reader doesn't. Nothing sucks more then reading a fic and going...wait what just happened there. ;-) So good job!!

It sounds like Naruto's rear is now like a girl, that's unusual and more than slightly disturbing. You've got a couple of misspelled words but nothing major. If he gets pregnant, how on earth is it going to be born? As they say 'no assbabies!' Remember to explain the extra/changed biology and don't just lump it under the fox, he gets blamed for everything. This is looking good, keep it up.

I agree with ceridwen's entire comment. Besides everything ceridwen said, it doesn't make sense for Sasuke to randomly decide to use a jutsu on Naruto to make him feel better (let alone a pregnancy-inducing jutsu!) since they're hardly friends and more like enemies (from Sasuke's perspective). Sasuke would hardly want to go out of his way for Naruto when the possibility exists that approaching Naruto could get Sasuke caught. Is there a reasonable, logical explanation for why Sasuke would go this far? Seems to me that putting Naruto in a happy genjutsu is an easier and less dangerous way of helping him out than first using an unknown jutsu on him and second returning to have sex with him.

I'm definitely not saying this is a bad fic and don't continue it. It's just that at this point, Sasuke's motivation for his actions is unclear/doesn't make sense.

I really liked the beginning and I hope you'll continue this story.
Also, I hope Sasuke will come back for Naruto and the baby, since your Sasuke seems to have not completely lost himself to darkness yet. And I wonder how Naruto's pregnancy will influence his training and the events to come, and how others will react to it. Plus, once he's pregnant, Naruto will probably realise it wasn't a dream this time...
