Nice start, but what would Itachi be doing with a scroll that did whatever it did to Naruto? Makes more sense to have it in the secret Uchiha meeting place or something. And why would Sasuke use it on Naruto? Is it just an experiment or more? Give reasons for what happens. A male having cramps would be some cause for concern with Sakura. As a doctor, she would ask what he had been doing before he started hurting. She wouldn't just dismiss it. I'd like to see what else you come up with.
