The story is going well, but I feel like I need to know more about the characters apart from the affair in order to understand them better. And of course to understand why they are perfect for each other and want to see them end up together. It's pretty quick in the story for the relationship to already be threatened. Before that part of the plot gets going, I want to really be able to understand what they both would lose if they didn't have this (besides good sex with a nice person). Since I don't know too much about them, both as people, and how they work together as a couple (apart from the sex), as the reader, I don't have quite the emotional investment in seeing these two tough out a challenge as I would if I knew them better.
One place you might consider expanding on the characters, for example, is in their home lives. What kind of father is Sasuke? Sakura doesn't sound like a very good mother, but is Sasuke picking up the slack as a father? (He sounds like he's at least concerned about the children?) Just how much is Sasuke's home life being affected by his relationship with Naruto? Does Sasuke feel bad about that? (Should he feel bad about that?) What is it about Naruto that makes Sasuke feel comfortable enough to let him into his world the way that he has? Objectively speaking, the one most at risk in this situation is Sasuke, not Naruto. (If things end up going badly, Naruto could rebuild his life after this. With the amount of control both Sakura and his parents have over him, Sasuke probably couldn't.) Or is it not just Naruto, but other circumstances in his life which have changed enough that he'd consider an affair now, whereas he might not have done so earlier? (With his looks and money, I'm sure Sasuke has gotten other offers in the past.)
On Naruto's end, I thought it was interesting that he is supposed to be pretty tough in reality, but he turns shy around Sasuke. However, instead of hearing about it secondhand through the narration, I'd like to see it in actuality through Naruto's actions. What is Naruto like with his friends and coworkers? Because of guilt over the affair, Naruto got bullied by Sakura. He was also bullied by his ex(?) that night when Sasuke found him at the cafe. So far, we haven't gotten a chance to see Naruto at his confident best. I think it would be cool to see that, see him running the office like a pro, and see why, from an objective standpoint, he finds Sasuke interesting.
Anyway, those were just a few questions for you to chew on. Obviously, feel free to ignore. :)

so far i really like this story so far, but i can't help but feel like the characters lack some depth. is there something more to the horny boss who doesn't feel guilty for cheating on his wife with his secretary? does the snobby stay at home "mom" have some redeeming qualities or is she just interested in money and social status?
anywho, just some thoughts. hope you continue this and update soon. i'm really curious as to where this is going =)

I tend to not review stories, however, there is something rather compelling here. Something real.
The pushy, overpriced housewife, the prodigal son, and poor lonely Naruto.
Sadly, I hope Sakura gets hit by a car, Naruto marries Sasuke, and they live happily ever after.
HOWEVER, seeing as it's highly unlikely, I do hope for a happy ending in between all the delicious details. Beautiful sex scenes too with the bonus kink!
