Actually, both guys DO sound, seem and feel alike - and as very girlish, over-emotional beings. Both are equally clueless (which I cannot believe).
In hyper-girlish-sensitive Naruto I can *hardly* believe but your Sasuke here... Naruto's identical. Copy. Unreal.
BTW, "Teme" doesn't mean "bastard" in Japanese and "emo" means "emotional".. whatever you planned or wanted to say :)
I'm glad it's not multi-chapter story.

oh definitely write the second part. You did a really great job of describing how they feel. I really liked it this way. It has such a sad feel to it and it so has the potential to be resolved. With either one or the other maybe figuring it out by the others dreams? Something that makes one of them brave enough to take the risk of admitting their feelings? Naruto's ex-boyfriends comparing notes that Naruto will never choose anyone over Sasuke? I don't know but I would really love to read how they discover how they feel about each other.
