What really should have happened was that the Hokage put her foot down and said "The Cursed Seal is equal to slavery, it is banned, and if you don't like it? You and you alone along with whoever agrees with you can leave the village... DEAD!"

That is what I would have done in Tsuade's position in this story. Sometimes the clan's need a wakeup call on certain subjects.

I'm so happy to find a good naruto fic. They are rare and few now a days.
I'm really enjoying the relationship between gaara and hinata. It is unusual, but very believable
I look forward to the next chapter update. I'm glad gaara was stalking hinata in the exam so that he was there to save her.

I have to say, for your first story this is REALLY GOOD! I like how there was a plot, most of these stories don't bother with plots, and it was very well written! I hope you continue the story! I would love to read it!

I could just be wrong here, but Temari is older than Kankuro, at least a year older.
