Good story. I liked how this idea was all Tsunade's idea, but was surely something that may have been her dedication to Jiraiya after his death. Still the challenge works out great for a purposed plan at peace and I love who you had competing in it.
Hinata's match was short, but as you said Samui focuses mainly on kenjutsu so it is only natural Hinata won. Of course this lead to a great lemon with Naruto, Samui, and Hinata. I would have been more pleased if said lemon longer, but I am hoping that this story may end up having some of the ladies who lose approach they males that took them for future fun without any time limit. This is mainly for the benefit of me hoping for a Hinata/Mei match in the final round with Hinata ending up as the winner.
Anyway I liked how things moved on with the Temari/Sakura match. This went quite well and I was surprised that Sakura chose Lee as her male to help after match activities. Still this makes me look forward to what will happen with the Sakura/Hinata match that will take place in the second round, as I'm sure that Hinata may want to punish Sakura for her treatment of Naruto in the Academy. The fact that Naruto gets to join in does help things for Hinata.
Anyway I'm looking forward to the next match between Anko and Kurotsuchi. Of course this is partly because you have Guren as the referee of the challenge. My hopes is that Anko may bring Guren into the match and result in a Kurotsuchi win. Still I wouldn't mind a small lime between the 3 women during the match itself as Guren hardly gets any love.
Moving on, I am eagerly awaiting to see the Mei/Tsunade match. Of course this is partly due to me wanting to see her male choice cheer her on because frankly I want to know who she ended up choosing. I would love if it was Kakashi and in the end Tsunade fails to win her match. This would be funny of course because everyone wants to lay with Tsunade and Kakashi's 'God' of course is Jiraiya in a way, so the chance for him to possibly get something that even Jiraiya never got a chance at would be epic. It also makes me wonder who you'd have for Mei's male. I'd like to think you would go with Choujuro, but in the end there is always a chance she could choose someone from a different village since it was never stated otherwise. This would make for a great chance at a Kage lemon between Mei, Tsunade, and A of Kumo if so desired. Your call really, but I'd love to see it.

I was kind of hoping to see Hinata lose so she'd have to pay the forefit to a winner and her boyfriend/s. Looks like you've set this story up so that doesn't happen.

I see that this is the beginning of a good story! I liked your 'Messy Fun' but I think that this one will be an even better story than your previous one!
I think that I know who will be competing from each village (or at least I can guess, wouldn't mind if you confirmed or denied):
- Konoha: Hinata, Sakura, Anko, Tsunade (that was known from ch1)
- Iwa: Kurotsuchi (we don't know any other female from that village)
- Suna: Temari or Matsuri (can't tell who it really will be)
- Kiri: Terumi Mei (but you may even get Haku alive and as a girl here for all I know)
- Kumo: Samui/Karui/Yugito/Mabui (the last one is Raikage's assistant)
Truthfully I have no idea how you'll make the fights. And I really can't wait for both Hinata's wins and the one loss, when she gets punished! Yeah, I'm a perv, but for Hinata I'm able to admit it (not to mention I have my own hentai story with NaruHina, 'Clash of Missions').
