Poor Haku! He's so strong though. I know that Itachi and Kisame will eventually get the opportunity to avenge him. Thanks for updating. I'm on pins and needles to see what comes next.

Chapter 43. I hope Itachi doesn't take Orochimaru's threat too lightly. I think just abandoning ship and leaving the prisoners behind sounds a little too easy. This is Orochimaru we're talking about after all.

Poor Haku-san. I would hate to be Orochimaru when Kisame catches up with him.

Anyway, thank you for another awesome chapter, Mannah, and I look forward to the next update.

This is so like you!! Such a cliffhanger!! My heart is in my throat...I can't even begin to guess what will happen next...dammit!!..on another note, these kids rock!! I love how everything was so organized and how much they trusted each other. The scene with Haku crying was absolutely heart wrenching, we know how much he's sacrificed in order to protect the children but to really see it...to have it brought into such focus with just a few lines.. amazing writing. Also, even though I still refer to them as children, that definition of them is becoming less accurate to me as you show their growth and maturity with each passing scene so I'm going to think about how I will refer to them in future reviews, lol. Last nite I couldn't get on AFF, wasn't loading all nite, and I had a horrible thought...how would I reach you..how would you reach me...how the heck would I get the next chapter to read!!!(not a totally unselfish thought..I know) So i think I shall send my email also now, y'know just in case.

OMG SQ!! That was so intense and suspenseful I loved it:) I'm just now breathing normally. I didn't know I was holding my breath or breathing shallowly. WoW I loved it! You are back in form Oh Great Queen of the Naruto Space Universe:) The most incredible part for me was the boys seeing Haku-san.. It was so amazing how he pulled his self together and just washed at the sink. The pain he had to be feeling just breaks my heart. Then warming my heart is the fact the boys know that Haku-san was doing all he could to keep them from harms way. Queenie I loved that part so much! ok I give I could not think of something for hidden,oh I just did:) I know that was cheating. Hey Wed and today was just out of this hemisphere as far as I'm concern. ^_^

Please, don't let Sai die!. He is such a wonderful character. I want to see more of him with Su-chan and Haru-chan. I hope he can survive the explosion, and if he dies let everyone know about his sacrifice.

I can't wait to see all of them reunited, all of this suspense is making me crazy!

Thanks for the hard work!!

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

I knew that this title was a bad sign.... NO! Don't... I don't want Sai to die!

For a moment there I was seriously very afraid that Shika would go to seek some cosolation in Neji's arms. I'm so glad he didn't and I hope he won't.

If Sai did the back up and then somehow survived would there be two Sais?
Why did the kids had to use those needles? Wouldnt the collar knock the berserk kits anyway?

I hope that Sai will somehow survive. I don't know how but I hope!

Thank you for the update.

I feel like this little bubble of hope i have about Neji and Shika is going to be burst with a blunt pin in the near future... Ever hopeful for that pairing!

I wasnt expecting Sai to be so 'selfless' (if thats the right term...). Although, looking back it makes sense and shows his loyalty to Haru, Ran and Kazuki. Its given everyone something to focus on and work toward.

And how sweet is Yuki?!!??! Shaping up to be a good queen :)

Awesome news about going back to twice a week postings!!! :D

Sai's sacrifice is sad and unexpected. The theme of what constitutes a person, and why it matters,is so interesting. One does wonder why an individual (I'm thinking Orochimaru, Pein and Konan) would make prints of him- or herself when the "print" threads of consciousness are merely tools of the original and will be sacrificed without qualms. Exciting story - I'm glad you can go back to twice a week. We readers are so spoiled!

I was crying at the end, imagining Shikamaru telling Sai stories. What a fantastic story this is.
