I would like to read the end of the story so so much. I know it must be very difficult to bring the series to an end, to make everything fit. Your work is amazing!! However, I would understand if you need a break.

Hope Sasuke and company can get soon to the other side and save the others. I'm kind of waiting to the action begins!

Another glimpse inside Shika's mind! Poor thing, i just want to give him a hug. He seems to be quite clueless about love! Although being in a relationship for that long I can understand why he is having problems acting the right way now. Naruto's reaction was classic protective best friend and its nice to see that side of him as opposed to the warrior Naruto, father Naruto, fairytale Naruto or Sasuke's Naruto. Havent seen his best friend side come out in a while...maybe it wont be so good for Neji though.

Speaking of Neji, i wonder what his take on all this is? And as Shika wondered, who does he fantasize about?

Cant wait for the next chapter!! Please dont go on sabbatical... I look forward to reading about your world each week. :)

Over two years? Wow! the reading has been wonderful:) I understand that writing this story is becoming a struggle, because for me, reading has become a bit of a struggle also..and not because of your writing, plot, fantastic story line, or anything else you might perceive as insulting. I just think that our crew is headed to places that no one wants to go because we adore them so much and they all have special places in our hearts and probably as their parent (that would be you) it might possibly be worse... the journey is often the best and worst part of any adventure... its what keeps us turning the pages even though we already know what the ending is going to be... the guy always gets the girl, the mystery is always solved, and the hero always saves the world...but its what happens along the way that keeps fans reading, so I think we get the easy end of the deal. I think on AFF a writer can throw all those notions out the window, after all, who says there even needs to be a girl, let alone have some guy get her :) lol... so I say this, I'm going to follow where ever you need them to go, and if I cry, laugh, scream, or bang my head on the desk ...its all because when i'm reading each chapter I LIVE in the world u created..how great is that!! always your fan, v

I didn't get to review in time before you updated again. The last chapter was sooo upsetting, I wasn't sure what to say. I love reading the day-to-day happenings in this universe, among the many well fleshed characters. Even though the story is getting nail bitingly (if I can use that as a word LOL) tense, it's still wonderful to read. I was really upset for Haru and Ran. Sometimes I don't feel as though my silly comments can even express what I feel about this story, and the others before. I wish I were eloquent enough to do this story justice. I would hate to see you not finish this story. Even though I look forward to the upswing in the plot, I will miss this story and the entire universe. I will probably go back to re-read the original story and the others that follow. Thank you for all your hard work, and don't give up on us. I have to believe that you have way more dedicated readers than you think.

Chapter 38. I'm sorry that you're still having a difficult time writing, Mannah. But, please, finish this story. I enjoy it so much, and I really want to see how this series ends. Do not get discouraged.

Now that Shikamaru and Sasuke and Naruto have reunited, I hope they will be able to figure out a way to stop Orochimaru and get the children back.

Anyway, keep up the amazing work, Mannah, and I look forward to the next update.

Ch 38 excellent pacing and evolution of relationships

So now it’s friends with benefits, huh? Ok… That was unexpected. I didn’t know Neji had in him!
FINALLY Shika is with them. It’s a great relief!!! Those chapter about Shika, Sasuke and Naruto are always the best. I only hope that there won’t be a situation where Itachi sacrifices his life to open the hole…. And Neji was incredibly bold at the end of this chapter…. I know that he became the victim of Madara’s doings but still…. It was bold.
Ps. When I asked if you have it planned how is it going to end I was merely curious. I didn’t mean anything!

Well, let me tell you. I definitely want to know how this story ends! I want to read the rest! It's something I look forward to reading and I catch getting all excited when it's one of your update days, checking my inbox to see if the next chapter is posted. I know I don't comment on every chapter, but really, I Always read it (and reread a chapter up to three times). So please continue writing? I know other people will feel the same, even when they don't comment or rate.

As for this chapter, I love how everything is coming together. They're slowly working on a plan and everyone is moving closer to each other. I love the interaction between Sai and Shikamaru, they really make a good team. And I have to say I'm glad Shika is with Naruto and Sasuke now, I think he needs them right now!

As I said. I hope you'll be able to pull through the struggle of writing this story and that you know you have my support!

Oh my Space Queen! I'm still on the edge of my seat. That was intense! I'm getting the feeling Neji didn't want to break up?! The sex was to good and easy to fall into:) He doing what he thinks Shika wants. Thank goodness everyone is alive. At this point I'm not seeing anyway out for our family. Queenie we love you thank you for not giving up on us:) I want you to finish this story. Has it real been two and a half years! I know I live for my time with you and our family of spacers:) ^_^
